Important reminder to all employers: A Workplace Relations Fact Sheet must be given to all existing employees no later than today.

From 20 July 2007 employers became legally obliged to give a copy of the Workplace Relations Fact Sheet to:

all existing employees by 20 October 2007; and

all new employees within 7 days of commencing work.
