- Represented A-Ward in its successful patent infringement claim against Fabcon, the court finding our client’s parent patent valid and infringed. The case involved complex legal issues and the infringement case was pursued purely on the doctrine of equivalents, following the landmark Actavis v Eli Lilly decision.
- Advising Clean Power Hydrogen Group Limited (CPH2) on a number of deals to commercialise its core membrane-free electrolyser technology in the production of highly-pure hydrogen, including a 15-year partnership with Northern Ireland Water (NI Water).
