  • Advised National Taiwan University on a land dispute in respect of a misappropriated land in downtown Taipei City. The land is sized in 1.5 hectares, with an estimated value of US$1 billion, and more than 500 residents thereon. Successfully assisted the client to recover the misappropriated lands via legal proceedings and out-of-court settlements.
