Gernandt & Danielsson advises KlaraBo Sverige AB ("KlaraBo") on a combined transaction comprising (i) KlaraBo's acquisition of a residential property portfolio comprising approximately 4,100 flats from SBB i Norden AB and (ii) a merger with Sveafastigheter AB (publ) ("Sveafastigheter"), with Sveafastigheter as the surviving company. The transaction is expected to be completed in September 2026. The combined company will have a property value of approximately SEK 47 billion and approximately 26,500 flats. Sveafastigheter and KlaraBo are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. On 27 April 2026, a consortium consisting of Triton Fund 6, Bolero, Patrick Comer and Brett Schnittlich announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Cint Group AB (publ). The offer values all shares in Cint at SEK 1,989 million. The board of directors of Cint recommends the shareholders to accept the offer. Gernandt & Danielsson advises the board of directors of Cint with a team led by partners Carl Westerberg and Daniel Sveen as well as associate Siri Telmen, mainly assisted by partner Peter Forsberg and associates Philip Börnå and Sofie Hallén.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Collaxio AB (publ)("Collaxio") in connection with its acquisition of eight portfolio holdings from Aggregate Stockholm AB ("Aggregate Media") against shares in Collaxio corresponding to approx. SEK 18.5 million (calculated based on the closing price of Collaxio's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on 19 February 2026). Collaxio is a Swedish investment company that acquires and develops portfolios of investments in unlisted assets. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Gernandt & Danielsson advises Collaxio with a team consisting of partner Gabriel Zsiga and associate Siri Telmen.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Genova in connection with its issue of green corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million under a framework of SEK 600 million.
