Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Transcom Holding AB (publ) (“Transcom”) in its exchange offer which exchanged the majority of Transcom's existing senior secured notes in a total outstanding amount of EUR 380,000,000 for new senior secured notes in a total outstanding amount of EUR 322,320,000 due 2030. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised Transcom in its establishment of an EUR 75,000,000 additional facility under an existing revolving credit facilities agreement, which was used to refinance the existing facilities under the revolving credit facilities agreement. Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in NP3 Fastigheter’s issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million under the existing MTN programme with a total framework amount of SEK 5 billion. NP3 Fastigheter is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue.
