Testimonials

BKM has an exceptional team, with a great depth of knowledge in many areas of expertise. I consider them a “one stop solution” to most of our needs, and they successfully advise us on industries including banking, securities, real estate, ESG, and technology. Their advisory to us covers (among others) tax, labour, regulatory, social, and I partner with them in almost all of the cases when I need to be accompanied by experts to interact with local and foreign clients.

Milena Sljivich is notable for her exceptional knowledge of all items discussed. I have recommended her services to a number of local and foreign colleagues and expect to continue teaming up with her in the long term.’

‘The technical quality of the legal team is outstanding.

Preparation, ability to solve problems, direct communication, interpretation of needs, teamwork, diversity of the staff (professionals trained in specific areas), respond to current market needs, customer follow-up, customer relationship, technology. We recommend Antonio Villa, Alexander Berkemeyer, and Stael Olmedo.

The speed of their responses and the personal service they offer, I would like to highlight here Alexander Berkemeyer.

BKM has a very solid team with a close relationship with the client, with a lot of experience in dealing with transnational companies.

The outstanding team has a great variety of branches of law that they attend, with efficiency in response times and high-quality work.’

Highly supportive. Confident and thus giving clear advice.

Testimonials

Ferrere Paraguay is distinguished by its excellence and speed in responses. The predisposition towards the client is always outstanding. All legal queries are analysed and answered with high legal and industry standards.

Raúl Pereira is extremely outstanding in his daily work. The response times and analysis carried out are excellent. His disposition towards his clients has surprised us (and continues to surprise us) since it is not easy to find a total disposition of an external advisor who can adapt to the times of in-house lawyers, and Raúl has succeeded. My entire thanks for being an advisor who always proves to be up to the task.’

I think the team is very up-to-date and they also share that update with customers through newsletters and talks. I define it as a very good comprehensive service.

Human quality, professionalism, availability and efficiency.

The firm proved to be professional, easy to communicate with (which is key), orderly, and demonstrates expertise for structured and long-term credit operations.

Carlos Vasconcellos and Claudia Arietti: what characterises them is that they are experts in the subject, with a lot of experience, easy to communicate with (always available for face-to-face and/or virtual meetings). But what characterizes both of them the most is that they are always looking for alternative solutions (win/win) in contract negotiations, which is highly valued.

Ferrere’s strongest points in relation to its competitors are the availability of its associates to collaborate with the company’s needs and the time in which they attend to queries/matters, since they do so with great speed and quality.

Eduardo Ammatuna is always willing to collaborate with the needs of our company. In addition, he has vast experience and knowledge of the business, which makes him stand out from the competition.
