Having acted on the first phase of Nova, which is 897,000 sq ft mixed use scheme, the firm was instructed on the subsequent phases and, in particular, the delivery and pre-letting of n2 which will provide a further 162,000 sq ft of office space to the Nova scheme. The firm acted on all aspects of the redevelopment project Lucent, 144,000 sq ft, mixed used scheme located behind the iconic Piccadilly Lights, and are now instructed in relation to the pre-letting of the scheme.
  • Advised the GHS Limited Partnership, a 50:50 joint venture between Great Portland Estates (GPE) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), on a pre-let of approximately 60,000 square feet of space on their Hanover Square Estate to international investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co Partners (KKR) and Glencore. The building will provide a total 127,600 sq ft of office space and 2,300 sq ft of retail space and incorporate the eastern entrance to the new Bond Street Crossrail station.
  • The team, led by partner Chris Rowe have advised Argent and KCCLP on all of the office developments at King’s Cross, comprising more than 15 new office buildings totaling in excess of 2m square feet. Deals have included pre-lets of 3 whole buildings to Facebook which completed in 2021 (totaling over 611,000 square feet of office space), pre-lets of building S1 to Nike and Sony which completed in 2021 and pre-lets of whole buildings to Google, Universal Music and Havas Media. The firm continues to act on the ongoing development of Google’s new flagship headquarters which is under construction, having acted on this since 2012.
