  • Assistance to Snam, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Snam4Efficiency, in the agreement with Gemma S.r.l. and Fen Energia S.p.A. for the cash-based acquisition of 70% of two companies operating in the energy efficiency sector in Italy, Mieci S.p.A. and Evolve S.r.l.
  • Assistance to Undo Adunanza S.p.A. with the acquisition of various photovoltaic and wind plants in operation with a total capacity of about 5 MW.
  • Assistance to the GSE in about 250 disputes pending before the Administrative Courts (Regional Administrative Courts and State Council), concerning admission to public incentives for energy plants. Extra-judicial assistance in tender procedures committed by the GSE in relation to the supply of services.
