‘We have been instructed through Amr Namek of ALC to provide BVI advice on a number of private closed ended funds over the years. Those are clients of his firm. The parties are typically Egypt based. Amr is bilingual. I have worked with him and his team for almost a decade. He is a pleasure to work with and invariably has a good grasp of the details.’

‘Egypt appear to us to be an emerging legal services market. The smoothness with which ALC works across borders with a firm like ours is what stands out.’

‘What’s unique about ALC is their legal bench and the depth of partner’s involvement in all steps of an engagement.’

‘Amr Namek is quite unique – has incredibly deep knowledge of various issues and helps make sense of complex legal issues in layman’s language.’
