Position

Recommended as a leading junior barrister in family law in The Legal 500 UK and Chambers UK, Amy’s practice encompasses all aspects of private family law, including divorce, finance (for married parties after an English or foreign divorce; for unmarried cohabitees and for unmarried parents), and private law children matters. She regularly acts in cases with a foreign/intemational element (including jurisdiction disputes) and complex financial arrangements (including company, trust and tax issues). Amy has experience in all levels of tribunal up to and including the Supreme Court, and recently acted as Tim Amos QC’s junior in the supreme court in Prest v Petrodel Resources Limited [2013] UKSC 34. Amy has been described as ‘a standout junior; the quality of her work is superb’ (The Legal 500 2014) and ‘a prodigy.
