Rosalee Mohajer
Position
Rosalee joined 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square as a Third Six Pupil in October 2018, following the successful completing of her pupillage at the London Borough of Lambeth. She accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work, with a particular interest in housing, employment and public law.
Career
Rosalee regularly appears in county courts in civil matters and has gained a broad experience of advisory and pleading work during her pupillage and secondment to 42 Bedford Row Chambers. Prior to pupillage, Rosalee worked as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice McCombe in the Court of Appeal, where she assisted in civil and criminal appeals. As a County Court Advocate, she represented clients in housing and enforcement of debt cases. Rosalee is currently part of the counsel team to the Dame Linda Dobbs Review.
When not at work, Rosalee contributes as a Non-Executive Director of Dosh, a company which provides financial advocacy for people with learning difficulties. Rosalee speaks German and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing and learning to play bass guitar.
