Position

Carwyn is an experienced personal injury practitioner, regularly instructed in high value, complex road traffic, public liability, employers’ liability and fatal accident claims in the UK and abroad, where major physical or psychological injuries have occurred​.

Carwyn also specialises in the complimentary areas of clinical negligence, civil fraud and health and safety, and is particularly experienced in inquests and HSE prosecutions.

Additionally, Carwyn is well regarded for his work across a broad range of general common law, including boundary disputes, rights of way and trespass. He is happy to consider instructions on a Public Access basis.

In 2018, Carwyn was appointed as a Recorder to the northern circuit.
