Cathryn sits in the Dispute Resolution Department in Guildford.

Cathryn deals with a wide range of private client and contentious probate disputes including, but not limited to, validity disputes, undue influence claims, Beddoe applications, executor/trustee disputes, 1975 act claims and disputes surrounding the assets within the estate. Cathryn has worked for Executors/Trustees and beneficiaries alike, including private individuals and charities.

Cathryn also has experience in dealing with contractual disputes, including the recovery of debts arising out of contracts, shareholder and partnership disputes, Defamation and professional negligence claims.

As can be seen in the testimonials below, Cathryn is personable and empathetic. She understands the delicate nature of maintaining family relationships whilst ensuring the client receives their rightful inheritance. Cathryn is committed to resolving issues before the need for proceedings, always looking for practical solutions, but where early settlement is not possible Cathryn also has the ability and experience to take matters to trial.
