Ralph is a Partner in the real estate group working closely with the firm’s banking and finance sector group. During his career Ralph has managed a large number of lending matters for many leading UK banks.

Ralph specialises in secured lending and the purchase, sale and re-finance of businesses particularly in the healthcare sector; he has a wealth of experience acting for numerous care home owners across the country for the last 30 years.  He has advised on the purchase of businesses with values ranging from £150,000, to multi-million pound care home groups.

Ralph and his team have been elected as panel solicitors for many of the banks lending in the care sector, and can often act on a dual basis for the purchaser and their lender.

Sarah Naylor leads the Gatwick-based team at DMH Stallard LLP, which assists a varied client base of lenders and borrowers, most notably National Westminster Group and Santander UK.
