Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and worked in a general High Street practice covering many practice areas until she decided to specialise in property work. She spent many years working in Brighton dealing with leasehold transactions and many listed buildings.

Helen has a very friendly and approachable manner when giving time to her clients. She has a particular ability to explain complex legal issues in simple ways which clients understand and can then make informed decisions.

For the duration of the transaction she builds up a good working relationship with her clients at a time in their lives where achieving time pressured goals is of fundamental importance. Helen is flexible in her approach and always willing to respond to individual specific requirements of clients.
