Holly uses her specialisation in mathematics to advise clients on patent matters as well as signal processing, image processing, coding/encryption and classification.

She works with patent issues for a number of substantial clients in the US, Japan, the UK and continental Europe. She has extensive experience in prosecuting applications in addition to developing patent portfolios relating to standards, such as the MPEG 7 standard.

She has recently been elected to the EPI council, and therefore has access to and influence at the EPO. She has a strong commitment to supporting and encouraging other women in IP, business and STEM.

Trained at Abel & Imray, qualified (CPA, EPA) in 1995.

Became partner at Maucher Jenkins (then RGC Jenkins & Co.) in 2003.
