Position

Campbell has represented clients in a number of High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court patent actions covering various technologies, in particular pharmaceuticals, electronics and telecommunications cases. He advises on issues relating to the interface of patent and regulatory law, notably in relation to supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) for medicinal patents and FRAND licensing disputes in the telecoms sector. He also advises on alternative litigation funding and insurance arrangements in the UK market.
