Position

Georgina trained at Dentons and is an associate in Dentons’ Tier 1-ranked Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, based in our London office.

Her main focus is on IT, technology and outsourcing transactions as well as a broad range of commercial contracts. Georgina has experience advising on acquisitions and transactional arrangements following acquisitions. She also has experience from within a variety of sectors including technology, energy, retail, events and the public sector.

On qualification in 2020, she spent six months as part of Dentons’ dedicated client team advising John Lewis on commercial and financial services contracts. She also undertook a secondment to the Dentons Munich office and a part-time secondment to Airbus Bank. Prior to training and qualification, Georgina also benefitted from working in Dentons’ technology financing team for 18 months, in the corporate team on M&A and private equity transactions, in real estate deals and funds financing, in financial services litigation at a boutique litigation firm and also from working abroad at a law firm in Asia.
