He recently advised Çalik Enerji on contractual matters relating to the construction of two power plants, and assisted Dal Teknik Makina with its EPC contract with Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine for the construction of a cement plant. Of counsel Shukhrat Yunusov, who handles banking and finance, corporate and contractual matters, recently advised China Development Bank on providing a loan to the National Bank of Uzbekistan for financing the acquisition of two 787-800 aircrafts for Uzbekistan Airways.
