Jérôme Le Berre is a Partner in Dentons’ Paris Tax group.

Jérôme’s practice covers the tax aspects of transactional matters (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring) while he also has specific expertise in the tax structuring of real estate investments, for both French and international clients.

A significant part of his activity is also dedicated to the settlement of tax disputes, in the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Jérôme has also developed a strong tax expertise in the energy and natural resources sector, where he advises international clients on the structuring of their investments in France and French-speaking Africa.
