Position

Charles is Head of Immigration, specialising in Personal and Corporate immigration to the U.K.

Charles provides advice and support to high-net-worth individuals and their families (and family offices) wishing to relocate; to international entrepreneurs and investors; and to both UK companies wishing to employ foreign nationals (recruiting from abroad or transferring employees to the UK from an overseas office) and to foreign businesses wishing to start a business in the UK.

  • Assisting a Spanish telecommunications company to bring key engineers to the UK to start on high value infrastructure projects using the new Senior /Specialist worker visa under the new Global Business Mobility Route
  • Assisting a large Indian Cosmetics Company apply for a UK sponsor licence in order to bring senior management to the UK to operate the new UK subsidiary
  • Providing immigration advice and assistance to a large US software Company based in California, on bringing staff into the UK using both skilled worker visas and senior/specialist worker visas using the GBM route
  • Successfully applying for an Innovator visa for a Mexican business professional, so he could set up a new and innovative business model in the UK
  • Applying for a UK Ancestry visa for a South African national, who received a decision on the application within 7 days of submission of the application
  • Assisting a US TV personality apply for a UK Innovator visa
