Position

Fergus Evans is a partner in Clifford Chance’s aviation finance and leasing practice and has extensive experience in various types of financings, including asset and structured finance (including tax leasing), syndicated lending, export credit agency backed financing, debt trading and restructuring. He also heads both the Thailand focus group for the firm, having been Office Managing Partner of our Bangkok office for 12 years, and our Vietnam focus group.

Fergus is currently based in Singapore and has worked in several offices for Clifford Chance, including in London, Hanoi, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
