Position

Nish is Head of Clifford Chance’s International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice in APAC. He is recognised as one of the leading arbitration practitioners in Asia and has advised on many complex cross-jurisdictional disputes for 27 years.

Nish is on the arbitrators panel of most of the key arbitral institutions. He is the founder and ex-chairman of the SIAC’s Users Council; the Co-Chair of the Council of Arbitration of MCIA and the first in Asia to be appointed as a Judge of Appeal on the FIA International Court of Appeal in Paris.

Nish is qualified in Singapore, England & Wales.
