Ramon Huapaya heads the practice, bringing considerable experience in the regulation of public services, concessions and contracts, with a focus on the infrastructure sector; he also deals with disputes arising from government contracts, administrative procedures and arbitration. Nestor Shimabukuro, who was promoted to partner in April 2022, stands out for his work on PPPs, regulatory matters and the representation of clients in administrative procedures before government agencies, such as INDECOPI, the Agency for Environmental Assessment and Control (OEFA) and the Agency Supervisor of Investment in Energy and Mining (OSINERGMIN).
