Partner. He has broad experience in tax advice applicable to transactions made through stock exchange market; tax aspects in the processes of liabilities re-structuring and companies financing; local and international mining and electrical activities; operations analysis on non-resident entities; tax planning and making of tax optimisation structures; tax procedures and negotiation with the Tax Authorities as well as the legal advice in filing tax returns.

Manager of the Tax and Legal Consultancy Department of Deloitte & Touche (Peru), Partner of Acerta Asesores S.A.C., and senior associate at Rebaza, Alcazar & De las Casas financial law firm. Rolando has taken part in audits organised by the Office of the Controller to State-owned entities, particularly to Banco Central de Reserva del Peru (BCR Central Reserve Bank of Peru).
