Since qualification, Patrick has conducted a broad variety of matters both in and out of Court, including work on multi-jurisdictional issues, Pre-Marital Agreements for high-net worth individuals, agricultural tenancies and armed forces pensions, including assisting Counsel based in Sierra Leone, on a pro-bono basis, with the drafting of a new Matrimonial Causes Act for that Country. Patrick regularly writes and contributes to articles on aspects of Family Law.

Patrick worked for Canning International Training and Development in their London Sales and Marketing Department from 1994-6 before joining OISE, a language training company based in Oxford, where he worked from 1997-2004 and was involved in various aspects of the business before becoming School Manager of the company’s flagship school in Oxford.

Patrick joined Spratt Endicott in 2006, qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.  He went on to complete his training as a Family Mediator with Resolution, formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association, in 2011.
