Gilberto focuses his practice on insolvency related matters, including bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy-related litigation, collateral package structuring, corporate restructuring, and distressed asset acquisition. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Master’s degree from Universidade de São Paulo, where he is also currently obtaining his Ph.D in Commercial Law. He is a Professor of Commercial Law at GV Law.
