Providing ‘great business knowledge and market intelligence’, the corporate/M&A practice at Ibarra, del Paso y Gallego continues to grow beyond the real estate practice for which the firm remains best known; in particular, it is increasingly active in the pharmaceuticals sector, and has also made inroads into the banking/finance area.
