Career
Alejandra has over ten years of experience advising foreign and domestic clients. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Real Estate transactions and recently in Corporate Social Responsibility. She has been responsible for corporate book keeping, due diligence and updating of Mexican and foreign companies, as well as of the supervision and compliance with reporting obligations derived from securities laws in Mexico and the United States. She also has experience on drafting, negotiation and review of different contracts pertaining to corporate and real estate matters.

Alejandra obtained her law degree (JD) in 2009 from Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City. She holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from The University of Edinburgh (2015) Scotland, United Kingdom.
