The litigation practice at Hernández & Cía was given a significant boost in early 2023 with the arrival of Javier de Belaunde López de Romaña, Samuel Abad, Enrique Johanson and senior associate Federico de Cárdenas from Estudio Echecopar member firm of Baker McKenzie International and Sheilah Vargas from Sheilah Vargas – Litigios y Arbitraje.
