Career

Lawyer specialized in industrial and intellectual property, with a focus on trademarks, patents, and contracts. Since 1999, he has been leading the international division at SILVA Law Firm.

He completed a Masters of Laws in International Legal Studies at American University, Washington College of Law, D.C (1993).

Francisco Silva has served as a moderator and speaker at various seminars organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA). He was also the president of the Annual Trademark Administrators Conference in 2007. Additionally, he has been a speaker at seminars organized by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).

His expertise in the field of intellectual property has been acknowledged by prominent rankings such as Chambers, IPStars, IAMPatent, The Legal 500, and WTR1000.
