Career

Víctor Manuel Avilés joined the firm in 1998 and has been a partner since 2008.

Mr. Avilés is Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad de Chile since 1998 and is the author of “Economic Public Order and Penal Law” (Editorial ConoSur, 1998) and “Law Exclusivity in Tax Matters” (Editorial Jurídica de Chile, 2005), as well as a number of articles in specialized magazines, such as Public Rights Magazine, Journal of Law, and Jurisprudence and Leading Sentences in Libertad y Desarrollo (think-tank), among others.

Education
