Career
Leigh specialises in general corporate law including mergers and acquisitions and has acted for a range of clients in both the local and international arena. She has experience in the areas of black economic empowerment transactions, general corporate and commercial law and corporate governance. Leigh has acted for clients in the public and private sectors, including listed entities and unlisted corporations, property development, financial institutions, technology and infrastructure service providers, and news and media. She has been involved in projects in the renewable energy sector, the negotiation of commercial transactions, drafting and interpretation of corporate and commercial agreements, legal due diligence investigations, private equity deals, and general advice on company law, black economic empowerment and contractual matters.
