Rajiv Gujadhur is a partner in Bowmans’ Mauritian practice Corporate Department.

He specialises in corporate and financial services regulatory laws. He has advised extensively on corporate and commercial matters and regularly acts within the financial services regulatory space, where his work extends to advising on the set up of investment funds, corporate restructurings and insolvency related matters.

His knowledge of cross-border M&A and corporate restructurings and commercial insights in structuring investments through Mauritius, makes him a trusted adviser to clients.

He has an LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham, UK, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, UK. He was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2002 and to the Bar in Mauritius in 2004.
