Brittany Cummings is a Senior Associate within the Corporate department in the British Virgin Islands.

Brittany advises on a broad range of corporate, banking, finance and regulatory matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financings and re-financings, restructurings, joint venture arrangements, fund formation, securities licensing and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Appleby in July 2018, Brittany was an associate in the Corporate department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP in London, where she primarily focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Brittany also trained at Skadden in both the London and Hong Kong offices.
