Appolina is an Associate in the Corporate practice group in the Cayman Islands and a member of the Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Insurance teams.
She is experienced in finance transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance and corporate finance. She represents leading financial institutions on lending transactions, deal structures and on all types of secured transactions. Appolina’s practice areas also include structured finance (predominantly involving CLOs), mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt, general corporate matters, insurance and reinsurance. Appolina has also provided regulatory advice to clients within the banking, insurance and energy sectors.
