Career
With more than 15 years of professional experience, Guillermo focuses on corporate law, M&A and joint ventures, government procurement, project finance and infrastructure. Also, Guillermo has knowledge in anti-money laundering and terrorism prevention matters.
Guillermo assisted a public company in the water desalinization and distribution sector, in several legal aspects related with the development of a sweater desalinization project in Mexico, considered the largest desalinization project in Latin America. He has also represented national and international companies in the acquisition of Mexican companies of several sectors, including auto parts tourism. Guillermo also advises local and foreign clients in the negotiation and execution of joint ventures, and has participated in financial transactions, such as debt restructuring and granting of guarantees, representing multinational companies.
