Ilse has more than 11 years of experience and specializes in cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, as well as corporate and commercial matters in general.
Ilse has advised Mexican and international clients in matters involving drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, coordinating legal due diligence processes, compliance with record keeping, foreign investment, data protection, and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as corporate governance of private and companies.
