Career

With more than 16 years of professional experience, Michel specializes in foreign trade and anti-dumping matters.
He provides legal advice to national and international clients in the development of foreign trade strategies for the import of goods or services to Mexico within the various current mechanisms (IMMEX, PROSEC, fiscal deposit, rule eight, drawback, comprehensive certification schemes, etc.).
Likewise, he offers guidance in order to apply the various tax benefits contained in the multiple International Agreements signed by Mexico.
His services include obtaining permits, registrations or authorizations granted by government agencies of the Mexican Government, such as COFEPRIS, SENASICA, SEDENA, for the import or export of merchandise; evaluation of the impacts and support in the attention of administrative procedures in customs matters, home visits, as well as cabinet reviews initiated by the Tax Administration Service or by the States until their complete conclusion and, if necessary, preparation and monitoring of the various means of defense (revocation appeal, annulment trial, direct and indirect protection, reconsideration appeal and review appeal, conclusive agreements, arbitration or mediation).
