Career

With more than 24 years of professional experience, Paola focuses on TMT (telecommunications, media and technology), e-commerce, privacy & data protection and Cybersecurity.

Her interest in innovative matters, led her to pursue these practice areas. She has participated in advising several international and local clients as well as the government, in the implementation of their businesses in Mexico. She has also carried out analyses to implement, from a transactional and regulatory point of view, various investments in these sectors.

With respect to e–commerce and privacy & data protection, she has reviewed, negotiated and prepared terms and conditions for electronic commerce operations in Mexico for a number of national and international clients, including their e-commerce platforms and privacy notices.
