Position

Career

Adam focuses on leading eDiscovery strategy around preservation, collection and review in high-stakes MDL, class action, mass-tort and product liability litigations. Adam’s practice of serving global corporations in large-scale litigation is balanced by his work advising clients on information governance, data privacy, and discovery practices to avoid litigation on technology altogether.

Adam has extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (M365), and the ever-growing universe of tools that pose challenges and risks to organizations on a daily basis. He has successfully executed M365 deployments—employing “outside the box” solutions to planning, change management, end-user training, data governance and in-place discovery in the cloud environment. Adam has also served global corporations via secondment, with deep experience with the defensible deployment of records retention schedules, document management solutions, policies and procedures and more.

Adam is the co-author and Editorial Board Chair of The Electronic Discovery Institute’s Guide to Spoliation Law (6th ed.). Adam has contributed to articles on eDiscovery and taken part in numerous presentations on eDiscovery and information governance for organizations such as the Association of Corporation Counsel (ACC) and International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).

Adam is also recognized as an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers USA. In addition to his time dedicated to his clients, Adam serves as Panels Co-Chair for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (Los Angeles), Young Lawyers Division, and is a proud member of the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA).
