Position

Raul Bermudez is a Senior Associate at Morgan & Morgan. Mr. Bermudez specializes in company incorporation and management, estate planning, private interest foundations and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Bermudez served as an associate in the Corporate, Estate Planning and Due Diligence practice groups, in a local firm in Panama City, Panama.

Currently, he served as Director of the British Chamber of Commerce Panama.

Mr. Bermudez has been also very involved in pro bono activities at the firm playing an active role advising NGOs on their legal issues, as well as participating as volunteer in the Legal Open Houses organized by the firm in low-income communities.

Mr. Bermudez obtained an LL.B. from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama City, Panama (2010); and an LL.M in Corporate Law from the Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois (2013).

Mr. Bermudez is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
