Commercial litigation chair Glenn Kurtz in New York leads the practice and, with Douglas Baumstein, he recently acted for a European technology company in a putative class action alleging the company released misleading financial information from a South American subsidiary. Baumstein also represented ReWalk Robotics in two putative class actions relating to the company's IPO.
