Andrew Chizzik is a partner in Weil’s Private Funds practice. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. private investment fund sponsors in structuring and negotiating the terms of domestic and offshore private equity funds. In addition, he has represented private investment fund sponsors and their personnel in connection with various employment and separation agreements as well as in connection with economic sharing arrangements among such persons. Andrew also represents certain prominent limited partners in connection with their investments in private investment funds, real estate funds and venture capital funds, as well as buyers and sellers of secondary interests in private investment funds. Clients include Apollo Global Management, Brookfield Asset Management, Genstar Capital, JLL Partners, PSP and WL Ross & Co.
