Patrick is a Partner in our finance group. He has experience of a wide range of banking and finance work including acquisition finance, refinancing and restructurings, asset based lending, real estate finance, bilateral and syndicated lending.

His recent experience includes:

  • advising the purchaser in relation to the debt funding for the £307m acquisition of the NEC Group;
  • advising a syndicate of lenders on the £150m refinancing of Dunelm Group plc;
  • advising Bloor Homes / Triumph Motorcycles in respect of its debt facilities; and
  • advising a syndicate of lenders in respect of the refinancing of ALE.

Patrick is cited as a leading individual in Chambers and Partners legal directory for banking and finance in the Midlands
