Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Commercial Dispute Resolution team and has substantial experience leading high value domestic / cross-border disputes. Victoria has particular expertise in the Industrials sector, with a focus on Aerospace and the Water Sector. Victoria’s recent experience includes: • acting for one of the UK’s largest water and sewerage undertakers on a long-running £80m dispute in the Technology & Construction Court arising from the sale of the client’s non-household retail business • acting on the first Arbitration to take place under the Wholesale Retail Code • advising on a multi-million pound contractual dispute concerning the provision and maintenance of engines in the defence sector • advising on a number of high value cross-jurisdictional supply chain disputes in the Aerospace sector • advising on a high value product defect claim in the energy sector. Victoria is an “Acritas Star” lawyer (2017 – 2022) and is described by clients as delivering “excellent, succinct, commercial and pragmatic advice”. She was also one of three finalists for the legal category for Birmingham Young Professional of the Year in 2019. Outside of Eversheds, Victoria is a director and steering committee member of a not for profit organisation, the Midlands Fraud Forum.
