Neville is a Partner in our litigation group and heads up the Civil Fraud Practice Group. Neville has over 30 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of civil fraud. He has acted for John De Lorean, the liquidators of Arrows Limited in a fraud of over £300 million, Sheikh Khaled Al Sabah, the only successful Kuwaiti Defendant in the Grupo Torres litigation and for Rabobank in its dispute with NWB. Recently Neville obtained judgment for BPL in its claim against the Mekni family and for the last 10 years has acted in a Guernsey Trust fraud dispute.
