His recent experience includes 1) advising a debt fund on the mezzanine financing of a five star hotel in Barcelona; 2) advising a debt fund on various whole loan facilities in Ireland, Spain and Germany; 3) advising a listed debt provider on various UK residential (build to sell and PRS) development financings; 4) advising Barclays Bank PLC on its investment in the £1bn Housing Delivery Fund alongside Homes England and the related loan and intercreditor arrangements; 5) advising a debt fund on the loan note funding of a logistics portfolio in France; and 6) acting for an insurance company on a £150m revolving credit facility secured on its senior living development portfolio.
