Alexandra is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property team and advises clients in a variety of sectors on transactional IP matters and brand management. Alexandra’s experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of agreements relating to the entire life cycle of IP rights, including technology transfer, licensing, assignments, NDAs, research & development, manufacturing and collaboration agreements. She advises on IP in corporate matters, including managing complex IP aspects of transactions, from the due diligence process, through to advising on disclosure, IP warranties and indemnities, and to drafting IP-related transactional documents. Alexandra is also advises clients in relation to advertising, promotional, and marketing matters, including ASA and CAP/ BCAP Code compliance. Alexandra obtained her master’s degree at the University of Derby and achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at the University of Oxford in 2019.

Lisa Highet advises on all aspects of IP law and brand management, while Alexandra Emery specialises in transactional matters. Indradeep Bhatacharya‘s practice focuses on high-value patent litigation across a range of areas, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and energy. Anette Gärtner joined the team from Reed Smith LLP in January 2023.
