Tim Hill is a Partner in our Environment Health and Safety team. He specialises in the defence of criminal regulatory matters, including fatalities, corporate manslaughter, health and safety issues, Coroner's Inquests, environmental law and process safety. He leads on safety review matters. Tim acts for many of the firm’s largest clients and leads on global safety compliance projects, incident response and safety leadership, as well as crisis management, regulatory compliance, investigation and enforcement. He is also a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the Higher Criminal Courts and a Committee member of the UK Health and Safety Lawyers Association.
