Jayne is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work including complex acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management issues and corporate transactions. Jayne acts for a number of large corporate clients on their real estate portfolios across sectors including retail, financial services and manufacturing.

Jayne’s recent experience includes dealing with:

- Advising a retail bank on its significant property disposal programme over the course of the last 10 years

- Advising a charity on the leasehold acquisition of its new headquarters including a bespoke built cultural and performance space

- Advising a retail bank on the redevelopment of one of its strategic office locations and the related disposal of surplus land

- The sale and lease back of a portfolio of manufacturing sites for a food production company

- The disposal of a number of retail assets for an institutional investor including several multi-let retail parks

- Providing real estate support on the acquisition of a JPUT and the related restructuring work
